Eren Alan

Eren has been operating in executive search and strategy consultancy for over 15 years. His experience spans establishing commercial functions to team and company acquisitions. Founding Pretium in early 2020, Eren noted the lack of innovation and "value" within the executive search and network creation space.

Eren launched the acquisitions arm of Pretium in 2021, helping a boutique consultancy acquire both a team and separate company to launch their European operation.

Eren enjoys living between London & Istanbul and you can find him at his holiday house by the coast when there is any sunshine. In his spare time he maintains a painful dedication toe Ferrari in Formula 1.
