Yagiz Dagabak

Yağız Dağabak is currently an Associate at Pretium . Before joining Pretium, Yağız worked at Spencer Stuart as a Research Analyst from April 2022 to September 2023. In this role, he collaborated closely with consultants on comprehensive project management and led multiple compensation studies across industries for executive level roles. His work included data preparation, analysis, and visualization, and he was actively involved in projects spanning local and international markets, including Europe and the Middle East.
Prior to Spencer Stuart, Yağız was a Data Scientist at KPMG Türkiye from May 2021 to March 2022. Here, he led a team designing the cloud computing strategy of the Turkish Government in collaboration with the Digital Transformation Office of the Turkish Republic.
Yağız holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, completed between 2016 and 2020. He is also an alumnus of Robert College, where he studied from 2010 to 2015.
